The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.

  • Shipping Charges within the Continental United States

    Dynamic Bicycles offers flat rate shipping within the continental US via UPS Ground delivery. All bikes ship from our Rhode Island warehouse and are typically delivered within 2-6 days. Upon shipment of your bike, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number for your bike. Shipments are insured and will require a signature for delivery confirmation. For orders shipped to APO boxes for overseas delivery, shipping is done through the US Postal Service, and delivery surcharges will apply. Please call Dynamic Bicycles to place your order by phone for delivery to an APO address.

    Refunds & Exchanges within the Continental US

    Courtesy Return
    If within the first 30 days after you receive your bicycle, you are not satisfied with your bike, call us to explain your situation. We will be glad to assist you and make every effort to address any issues you are facing. If your bicycle is operating properly but you would still like to return it within the first 30 days, we will be happy to issue you a Courtesy Return Authorization and a refund of your purchase price minus round trip shipping charges plus a 10% restocking fee. No refunds will be offered for bikes sold on close-out or for bikes kept over 30 days after receipt.

    Technical Issue
    If within the first 30 days after you receive your bicycle, you are having a technical issue that we are unable to correct to your satisfaction, we will offer to exchange your bicycle, or offer you a full refund. Bicycle exchanges and returns to address technical issues are free of charge within the continental US. For bicycles residing outside the continental US, customers will be responsible for any shipping and handling charges including duty, customs, brokerage and related taxes to return the bike. Bikes returned for technical reasons will be inspected to verify technical issue. Bikes returned with a technical issue that cannot be verified or duplicated by our production department will be treated as a Courtesy Return.

    Return Authorization and Procedure
    If your bicycle is going to be returned to us, we will issue you a return authorization and make arrangements for the bike's return shipping. Bikes returned to Dynamic Bicycles without a return authorization, or shipped to us without our arrangement will be refused and not issued a refund. All returned bikes must be in original packaging and complete including all parts, accessories, owner's manual and packaging materials. Any costs resulting from damage or wear to the bicycle incurred during customer use or return shipping will be the responsibility of the consumer and will be deducted from any refund issued. All refunds are made in the same form as the original purchase.

    Shipping Charges Outside the Continental US
    Dynamic Bicycles is pleased to offer discounted all-inclusive flat rate shipping to Canada and many countries in Europe. This all-inclusive shipping charge covers UPS Expedited Air delivery service (3-5 business days), insurance, brokerage charges, duty and any applicable VAT and/or GST/PST charges. Our discounted rate saves you hundreds of dollars in shipping and clearance charges. All bicycle shipments are confirmed by email with a tracking number through UPS, and deliveries will require a signature for delivery confirmation.<p></p>

    Refunds & Exchanges Outside the Continental US
    For bikes shipped to customers outside the continental US, including bikes shipped to APO boxes for delivery outside the continental US, we are unable to extend our money back guarantee. Once the bike is shipped, no returns, refunds or exchanges are permissible. If you are not satisfied with your bike, call us during regular business hours to explain your situation. We will be glad to assist you and make every effort to resolve any issues you are facing. For warranty claims, customers will be responsible for any shipping and related costs for obtaining repair or replacement parts. In some instances, Dynamic Bicycles may request the original defective/failed parts be returned for inspection.
